1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and Registration

• Certain products offered by Aynzo require account creation. Services may be accessed without registration unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments for products and services are accepted through the payment gateway Stripe.
• Refunds are allowed only for valid reasons.

• You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner and acknowledge that fees are non-refundable after use.

4. User Content

• Users may upload content (e.g., photographs, documents, marketing creatives) while using the Services.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant Aynzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, use, display, and manage the content as necessary to provide Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Upon termination, access to all products, services, and data may be permanently revoked.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India for any disputes arising from these Terms.
